So far the recovery process has been okay. I am still running and working out, but my legs feel really tired. My muscles feel like they areĀ strained after a workout. I think I will take a few rest days so I don’t get injured. I have been thinking about what I want to do next, and since the warm weather is coming back, I’m thinking about a triathlon….maybe just a nice short sprint distance.
I kind of miss doing my long runs on Friday morning. Even though they were tough, I looked forward to challenging myself. As of right now, I’m still not ready to even think about trying another marathon!
However, my love for snickers bars still remain! I am having to fight to stay away from them, but Easter is coming up and I’m thinking that I might have to give in!
