I made a vegetarian chili last night and it was delicious! My sister gave me inspiration for this dish (we are both vegetarians). At first I was a little skeptical about using the fake “ground beef”. It is made by Boca and it looks exactly like ground beef, but it is made out of soy protien. I really dont like the taste of beef now, so I was a little freaked out by the look of the dish. Anyways, I sauteed one onion in a nonstick pan for about 5 minutes, then I added a package of chili seasoning (McCorkmicks). I then added a large can of After that I then added the Boca crumbles, followed by a can of black beans. Lastly, I added salt and pepper and garlic powder to taste and let it simmer for about 15 minutes. The result:

It was delisicous! I recommend everyone try this recipe!
